Our courier is express, this means that you will receive your product in 24/48 hours from its entrusting to the courier. Usually the shipment can start on the same day of the order or the next day, depending on the time in which it is executed.
In case of unjustified return (see terms and conditions) the shipping costs for the return will be fully charged to the customer.
There is the possibility, if close to the municipality of Turin, to purchase the products and collect them personally at the stock warehouse at our registered office in Via Montemagno 39 Turin. In this case you will be notified when the products are ready and available for collection.
